Well, I could attempt to flail around at the question, but I would really recommend Jack Morin’s _Anal Pleasure and Health: A Guide for Men, Women, and Couples_. He explains the benefit of butt plugs and has lots of good advice about improving butt sex and butt health.
You know, they do make them butt plugs MUCH bigger. But I don’t see the benefit of that when this is causing difficulties.
