When it's on the left and goes over, or on the right and goes under, you don't waste paper. Ever been to a toilet and tried to snatch the paper off, and it just keeps coming? Yes. That's the effect you avoid. And, about cats: Anyone want our toiletpaperholder? It doesn't budge. Unless ur humin. The logic is this:
