Have I mentioned that I am so done with winter? Yesterday I wore sandals. I thought maybe I could force spring to come if it caught sight of my pink painted bare toes!
Instead I fell through the ice on a puddle and my pink toes froze.
Ah well. I got my ass warmed up pretty well. (teaser post!)

But you can keep the snow. Ours is gone. I’m hoping we don’t get another storm but that’s usually how it goes. :/
See, that is exactly why I can’t live in places like that. Master would never be able to find me. :-| I would take one wrong step and a snowbank would eat me.
Hah! I officially declared it spring yesterday so there must be something wrong with that picture. ;D
we (the UK) had some snow here at the beginning of February. *nods solemnly*. Trains ground to a halt. Buses too. Central London just stopped. traffic everywhere .. gridlock. ambulances couldn’t get through. people stayed home, threw snowballs, made snowmen.
it was really really bad. i just want you to know, we empathise with you. we had 30 centimetres! a whole foot of snow!!! It was turrible!!!
*snorts and refers people of the UK to what REAL snow looks like, and what REAL blizzards look like…*
Just because I can’t get this thought out of my head after reading this post, I have to say this..
When you write “teaser” posts, I kind of picture you with your pinky up to your mouth like Dr. Evil from Austin Power. Next thing you know you’ll be saying, “And I want frickin sharks with frickin laser beams attached to their heads!”. Okay, I’m done. Gods I have fucked up thoughts.

Damn, now THAT’s some snow! Even so, it’s God’s country up there, and I LOVE it! I want to go back soon. :)
The northern part of Michigan, where the two peninsulas meet, roofs have to be designed for 100 pounds per square foot of snow. That translates to about 20 feet of snow. It might in fact be more than that.
NYC on the other hand has 30 psf.
