You cannot be tried for the same crime more than once without it becoming a violation of the US Constitution...in this case your "crime" was swiping him with the burny lotion and after you have been tried and punished by a judge and jury of your Master then you should be good to go as his authority is now limited by the US Constitution that protects you from the burden of double jeopardy.
