There’s no draft of it somewhere on your dashboard? I know I didn’t disable draft saving when I set you up with this theme…

Oh, I hear you…I hate when that happens. I did that a few weeks ago, my screen froze, and then the whole thing just—slipped away into the ether. Like luna says, there may be a partial one in your draft file..crossing fingers for you, but glad you’ve been having fun!
Try using something like Microsoft Windows Live Writer. (That’s free.) It’s impossible to have wordpress eat your stuff when you have the draft on *your* computer.

If you’re a firefox user, there’s a WONDERFUL plugin called Lazarus Form Recovery. It saves whatever you type in the application, so if you lose it, you just right click and choose to restore.
I always write my posts in a Word doc, first, and then copy and paste over to WP. Oh, this has saved me soooo many times! Also, makes spell checking all the easier!

I hear ya.Love WordPress and at the same time, it stole one of my posts last week, logged me out and I had to rewrite the entire thing.Sucked.Guess that is what happens when I don’t write it elsewhere and copy and paste..which I normally do. Glad to hear you have been having fun.
