Holy Load of Meat, Batman!

I know what you’re hoping for. Some raw sexy story about a meaty cock, right?

Well, too bad. I ain’t got one of those.

But I got meat meat. Check out my inventory:

2 beef roasts, 3 pounds each
1 package of 8 chicken thighs
1 package of 4 chicken thighs
1 package of 12 chicken drumsticks
2 packages of meatballs
1 10 pound turkey
2 whole roasting chickens, 5 pounds each
4 bags of boneless chicken breasts, 3 pounds each
8 packages of ground beef, 2.5 pounds each
3 smoked sausage rings
2.5 pounds of stew meat
8 pork chops
4 pounds of breakfast sausage
3 pounds of bacon

Dude. I got boxes of pasta, bags of dried beans, bags of rice, cans of varied tomatoes, cans of beans. I’ve got beef stock and chicken stock. Flour and yeast and sugar. I’ve got 10 pounds of cheese!

That spells happiness right there.

Domestic bliss. :)

You are certainly prepared. Make sure you have some light fiber rich stuff in the house for when you first get home as well….oatmeal, yogurt & high fiber food would be good.

Constipation is common after any surgery, as a side effect of anesthesia and pain meds.

Constipation is definitely always a concern after abdominal surgery. But even more importantly, you don’t want to have to really “bear down” to do to the bathroom- that’s a big part of what causes pain in the beginning.

Let’s not forget about inside gas.. Pleanty of natural cranberry juice on hand, to help get everything moving again.

The dried beans can be prepared ahead of time..soak and cook as normal, let them drain very well, then spread out on a cookie sheet or tray to freeze. Once frozen put them in air tight bags or containers in the freezer, will keep for decades!
and you will be taking that ROS off before going in for surgery…and when you are all perky and healed you may find you lost considerable weight during the healing process.
Sending you love and healing energies.
